2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees or deposits becoming non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Electronic payment platforms

Returned payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.

4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Property

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, firearms, controlled substances, and sensitive items from their vehicles before service.

LUXE Auto Spa Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Mechanical or electrical failures
  • Damage caused by improperly installed aftermarket parts
  • Wear and tear discovered during cleaning

Customers agree to disclose:

  • Existing paint damage
  • Loose trim or parts
  • Sensitive surfaces
  • Ceramic coatings or wraps
  • Mechanical concerns

5. Satisfaction & Service Limitations

We strive to provide high-quality detailing services; however:

  • Some stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, or defects may be permanent.
  • Results vary based on vehicle condition, age, paint quality, and maintenance history.
  • No guarantee is made that all imperfections can be fully removed.

Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Mobile Service Conditions

For mobile detailing appointments, customers must provide:

  • Safe working conditions
  • Legal parking access
  • Adequate space
  • Access to electricity and/or water if required

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.

7. SMS, Email & Marketing Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Service notifications
  • Marketing messages
  • Promotional offers
  • Customer follow-ups

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying:

  • STOP
  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • CANCEL
